Retail Store Manager

Key responsibilities

·Lead by example in the daily operations of the store. The Store Manager will be leading a team of up to 8 sales advisors.

·Being visible on the shop floor and ensuring the best customer experience in Dubai.

·Being solution-oriented and seeing the potential in people.

·Motivate the team and continue to coach each team member to be “The best in class”.

·Ensure all staff members are fully engaged with the KPI targets and sales budgets.

·Planning efficient timetables for the store.

·Responsible for replenishment of products and other store materials.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years Store Manager experience, successfully leading a team.

·Create team schedules according to budgets and ensure that the store is staffed correctly to fit the traffic flow.

·Sales driven, motivated by results and always working as part of a team.

·Excellent communications skills both with staff and customers.

·Experience of motivating and sales training of staff members.

·Understanding performance analysis to help drive the business.

·A positive mindset where good service comes naturally.
