Retail Sales Manager

Job Description

Represent the brand by maximizing and contributing to the sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience, in conjunction with key stakeholders.
Inspirationally leading the retail stores to a world class position by focusing on the 5 P's: People, Product, Premises, Processes and Profit.
Make recommendations to the Brand team, implementation of regional and global best practices in retail in the assigned portfolio and benchmarking for success.
Effectively complete store visits to develop and follow up on practical and achievable action plans.
Leading the recruiting, hiring and training needs of the store, and efficient decision making to enhance the overall performance of the store succession planning process and ensuring all HR policies and procedures are adhered to.
Supporting the Brand to deliver a world class retail business and maximize brand equity.
Continuous improvement through developing and executing local retail relevant and specific processes in close cooperation with the support functions.
Create and drive a high-performance culture across the Market by setting clear expectations and targets analyzing stores performance, holding Store Managers accountable and giving ap propriate and prompt feedback.
Overseas the implementation and execution of the Visual Merchandising global standard guidelines are followed at all the stores at all times in full compliance.
Conducting and coordinating weekly merchandising calls with the brand teams to call out product gaps and missed opportunities to increase sales
Identify store training and development needs in conjunction with the Brand General Manager and training department.
Formulate a succession plan, in conjunction with the Brand General Manager.
Set KPI's and KRA's for direct subordinates and conduct performance appraisal and feedback.
Involve in the selection and recruitment of the operational staff, when required.
Ensure technical and behavioral proficiency of staff through appropriate Learning and Development initiatives in line with season launch calendar.
Conduct business review meetings with brand managers, merchandising and buying teams to give visibility of product gaps and opportunities
Work with the store managers to improve NPS and CA conversions across all stores
Provide frequent feedback to the Store Managers on their performances, in relation to company's performance.
Communicate brand global best practices with store managers and implement the same in GCC
Feedback to store teams on training results on Axonify and motivate the employees to improve ratings
Special project implementation across territories to promote store and territory-based events to aid liquidation of aged inventory
Achieve the best possible opening times for the assigned stores by ensuring proper coordination and communication between all stake holders
Ensure preparation of store opening pack through clear communication with finance, merchandising, logistics, projects and marketing
Ensure implementation of sale and season calendars including coordination of promo permits, POS implementation in stores and delivery of agreed timelines
