Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Increase the company market share and add new customers to the customers Data base.
Advising clients with best requirements for their Industry.
Building partnership with clients, main contractors and consultants.
Leading and coaching the team (sales support if available- and builders / sales rep.)
Supporting the certified builder, updating the builders data and if needed hire new builders.
Pricing the project according to the customer requirements, Building breakdown provided by Estimate Dept. and market/competitors prices.
Presenting offers and negotiating about technical and financial aspects.
Prepare sales reports for ongoing projects.
Managing the area office administrative activities.
JOB REQUIRMENTS:
University Degree in Civil/Mechanical Emgineering preferably in structural design.
6-10 years experience in steel structures or similar products sales role.
Familiar with British & American codes with auto cad Knowledge, Communication and Sales Skills.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English Languages.
Presentation, interpersonal, Managerial and leadership skills & Computer literacy.
