Currently we are looking for Mortgage Advisors who are based in UAE to join Qaren for Mortgage Consultations Team.

This role is a commission basis role and requires previous sales experience and a passion to deliver high service standards and consistent results.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring new clients and assessing their needs according to their financial information.
• Analyzing client profile and scanning the market for different home loan options available to the client.
• Advise different pros and cons of each product and also help clients determine how much they can borrow.
• Negotiating with Banks and credit lenders to find the best loan solution for the client.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client needs.
• Identifying suitable solutions and cross sale opportunities.
• Assisting clients with pre-approval submissions and help clients understand all processes and necessary paperwork.
• Liaise with banks, clients, real estate agents, developers and third parties.
• Stay up to date with financial service industry, products, policies and guidelines.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Report on daily/weekly/ monthly basis with the total leads assigned, achievements made, deals signed, along with sales plan.
• Travel to meet with new prospects (as necessary).

Key Skills Required:

• Strong sales experience
• Work Experience in mortgage field is preferable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to build effective partnerships
• Adequate knowledge of mortgage processes and policies
• Highly motivated with an emphasis on attention to details
