• Develop principle work standards and line balancing for productivity.
• Execute LEAN manufacturing techniques and design.
• Function as organization’s lean advocate.
• Plans and coordinates as assigned, engineering activities associated with lean projects
• Communicate Lean group’s philosophy, vision and expectations.
• Plan, execute and manage projects to complete through product continuous improvement.
• Develop and sustain employees training and development on lean concepts.
الوصف الوظيفي
المهارات
- 10 years of experience at least seven years in Roads & Highway Projects.
- MMUP or UPDA certification is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Proven experience utilizing Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing Initiatives
