الوصف الوظيفي
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle ICT Helpdesk Support tasks
- Follow our standard installation and configuration practices, install and configure:
– Operating systems (MS Windows and Linux), patches, tools and utilities
– Oracle, MS SQL, and SAP ASE databases
– Application servers. - R&D: Explore new technologies and trends in the database field
- Events log monitoring
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and other escalated service requests
- Ensure that the applicable ICT policies and procedures are maintained through controls and checks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in advanced Helpdesk activities
- Demonstrated skills in servicing, and learning the latest trends in Information Technology
- Proficiency in using MS Office, PowerBI and other productivity tools
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
- Proven writing and communication skills
- Good analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated with exhibited ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Fluent in English.
