Supervising Projects sites and technical teams.
1. Implementation and follow-up of all plans and objectives set by the administration.
2. Reading the engineering Drawings and determining the numbers and measurements of the wooden frames and precursors to be planted in the Beams, and following up on these works from the moment of Fabrication till installation.
3. Reading the engineering Drawings of the Air Supply Ducts and comparing them with the site measurement and converting them to the duct pieces required to be fabricated in the workshop, & following up their assembly on the site and supervising the technicians during work.
4. Technical awareness of all stages of installing central air conditioning works & Ventilation from the moment the frames are planted in the Beams to the moment the air conditioning machines are operated & Commissioned and transferred to Maintenance Sector, passing through all stages such as: extending copper pipes and checking them on pressures – extending electrical and control wires – installing air ducts and their insulation – Installation & hanging Indoor Units with their drain- installation of air outlets: Diffusers & Grills – installation of Outdoor units – installation of connections to Outdoor Package Units – operation & Commissioning – Air Balancing….. etc.
5. Continuous Site checking to all sites, and verification of compliance with the technical specifications.
6. Distribute daily requests to technicians & Groups, follow up and direct them in a manner that ensures the implementation of works quickly and proficiently.
7. Receipt of order lists and daily reports written by technicians, and to ensure the quality of completed works and the materials and quantities that have actually been installed, as well as the credibility and accuracy of the recorded entry and exit times.
8. Ensure the availability of materials for the work of technicians in the stores.
9. Follow up on the materials market and ensure obtaining the best prices in coordination with the storekeepers and purchasers.
10. Directing materials request permissions to the storekeepers after being approved by the department head.
11. Making materials Issuing vouchers for technicians and signing them for each request separately, and checking later on the reality of the nature and number of the disbursed materials.
12. Make statements of additional work as well as statements of Over Time Sheets (when necessary) for all his employees.
13. Follow up the drivers and ensure their preservation and concern for the validity and cleanliness of the cars in their custody.
14. Follow up the technicians and ensure that they maintain and are keen on the equipment and tools in their custody.
15. Submit periodic reports to the head of the department on the completed work and any suggestions or expectations for required work.
16. Directing his employees and training them periodically to raise their technical levels.
17. Ensure that technicians adhere to safety and security procedures at work.
18. Make annual Evaluation reports for technicians and assistants working with him.

المهارات
1. Technical diploma, a high school, or a work experience of not less than 15 years, including at least 5 years as an air conditioning Foreman.
2. Familiarity with all Central air conditioning systems: DX – package – Chillers.
3. Knowledge and familiarity with the building materials market, turning shops, winding motors, and manufacturing diffusers and ducts.
4. Knowledge of market conditions, project prices and pricing method.
5. Ability to Read engineering drawings.
6. Familiarity with the various control circuits.
7. Familiarity with electric motors 1 phase and 3 phase and ways to connect them.
8. He holds a private driving license.
9. A good health condition that qualifies him to work in sites outside offices for long periods.
10. Administrative ability that enables him to deal with all nationalities and under all circumstances.
11. The ability to write technical reports.
12. High ability to self-control and deal with customers.
13. Fluency in written and spoken English
