Ecommerce Sales Specialist -Location Lebanon (Work in lebanon for a Dubai Compan

Purpose:

This Job Location is in Lebanon working remotely from an office space.

Will be responsible for managing and increasing our product online sales through our Ecommerce site, Amazon, and Walmart Market Place.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement ways to increase online sales on our Ecommerce site, Amazon, and Walmart Market Place
2. Identify and recommend opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion rate
3. Work with the SEM specialist to optimize our products search visibility.
4. Manage order fulfillments & returns
5. Manage customer service for online orders
6. Manage sales promotions and offers.
7. Manage customer reviews.

Required Competencies:

1. Good English & Written Communication.
2. Experience in Ecommerce sites functionality such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
3. Experience in Ecommerce sales with large SKU's and more frequent orders.
4. Experience in Amazon site is a bonus.
5. Sales experience.
6. Ability to calculate product profit margin and able to generate offers.
7. Basic Knowledge of SEO functions.
8. Basic Knowledge of PPC functions.
9. Customer Service Experience.
10. Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions using data analytics.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar
2. Min 3-5 years of relevant experience

Pay Package:

1. Salary: Great Salary (Get Paid in USD) + Sales Commission
2. 21 days paid Vacation + & up to 10 paid local holidays
3. Other Benefits will be discussed in interview
