الوصف الوظيفي
Project GP Analysis :
- Analyze Projects costs and prepare regular management reports for variance analysis
- Prepare cost estimates for upcoming Projects and RPOs
- Analyze and recommend costs and cost savings
- Prepare periodical profitability reports for management for ongoing Projects and compare
- factors that affect Projects profitability
- Conduct physical inventories and monitor the cycle count program (if required so)
- Revenue Management & Others :
- Record and maintain Projects revenue recognition
- Prepare monthly sales reconciliations in coordination with the Projects team
- Prepare Project sales invoices
- Assist in audits and general ledger preparation
- Prepare and Maintain Project Budgets
المهارات
General Requirements:
- Project Based Experience
- Bachelors degree in accounting or related field
- At least 4 to 5 years of Cost Accounting work experience
- Sound understanding of accounting principles.
- Solid cost systems background.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills.
