Position Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 22K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A luxurious French restaurant with multiple branches across the region.
Job Description:
- Supervise the staff when the Manager is not on duty
- Overseas the dining area, supervises food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies that he or she may help establish
- Maintain records of staff periodic manner and operating costs
- Provides feedback and coaching to the Team regularly
- Works with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Open to Europeans and Western nationals
- 35 years old and below
- At least 3 years of experience in the same role (F&B or Hospitality groups, should be from fine dining / high end restaurants or same level of Fouquet’s)
- Should be fully vaccinated
- Can join by January 2023
