Job Overview

To provide admin support and effective coordination in planning of activities and travel in line with the Company policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities

  • Submit ‘right first time’ and within required timeframes all paperwork associated with:

– Visit visas

– Travel requirements; tickets, transport and hotel

  • Ensure all paperwork and required documents associated with the above mentioned activities are kept safely and securely and maintained systematically to enable easy retrieval.
  • Adhere to the process laid down
  • Maintain effective relationships to ensure DHL is seen as a professional and law abiding organisation.
  • Accurately complete a monthly expense report at the beginning of each month for all business expenses associated with incurred during the previous month for reimbursement to the Company.
  • Drafting emails and letters when required.
  • Provide support and assistance when requested.

Education & Experience Qualifications

  • Fluent in Arabic & English is an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of visa processing
  • Previous experience with Government departments
  • Passion to delight customers
  • Commitment to delivering high quality services
  • Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook
  • The ability to produce simple reports
  • Flexible
  • Attention to detail
  • Driver’s Licence
