Unit Sales Manager/HFS – مدير وحدة المبيعات/كاش فان

Job Purpose:

• Supervise Sales representatives and follow-up their sales activities, ensuring their accomplishment to daily and monthly sales targets,
• develop Sales Representative's sales skills and direct them,
• coach them to develop the sales volume and areas through a set of sales development plans to increase number of customers, in addition to improving productivity and distribution and Work on achieving the unit’s monthly and annual sales objectives.

المهارات

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience, 2 of which as u Unit Manager/HFS.

Skills:

– Problem Solving & Handling Complaints Techniques.

– Selling Skills.

– Financial Management & Budgeting.

– Report Writing Skills.
