الوصف الوظيفي
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for filling all vacant positions within our clients’ organization and on-boarding for new hires. He/ she will report to the HR Manager in addition to daily work coordination
Principle Accountabilities:
1. Client-Servicing:
a. Handling the requirements in respect of the recruitment requirements from managerial& engineering positions to technicians level both technical and administration support
b. Prepare Candidates’ information sheets and the interview schedules for the clients and candidates ‘ mobilization
c. Follow –up shortlisted candidates’ status to the client
d. Assist clients in conducting requirement campaigns abroad and locally, if necessary e. Negotiate offer packages to finalize and draft the offer letters 2. Recruitment Process:
a. Classify and file CVs according to set sequence to be coded and filed properly.
b. Conduct regular search on database and internet through several Job sites
c. Gather and enter all CVs receives through any channel , and increase the company’s database
d. Manage the daily external and internal advertisements and ensure that all current adverts are posted and regularly updated on the company’s website.
e. Arrange candidates’ interviews, visa procedure, labor procedure, employment offer letter
f. Liaise with recruitment agencies abroad
g. Evaluate and analyze the candidates’ CVs and receive the Operation Director’s approval on submitting them to the client
h. Handle the processing of shortlisted candidates from getting the confirmation and checklist form i. Fill up the daily scheduled requirements of globally competitive and qualified specialists, technical & non-technical candidates in the fields of oil & Gas (onshore & offshore), petrochemicals & multinational industrial sectors in Abu Dhabi 3. Administrative and Other Activities
a. Coordinate along with the HR Manager the daily work and the Recruitment Assistants tasks.
b. Help to train new hired recruitment assistants.
c. Provide the highest level of support and information of the recruitment process to the Operation Director.
d. Prepare weekly and monthly reports to be submitted to the HR Manager
e. Maintain an organized filling system related to each client and each project
f. Job Related responsibilities
g. Perform other related duties as required h. The company reserves the flight to amend your duties from time to time in line with the current organizational requirements , provided that such duties shall be of a similar nature to those on which you are being employed

Bachelors Degree
Minimum 2-3 Years of experience as Recruiter in different sector
Fluent in English
Fluency in Arabic (preferred)
Ready to relocate to UAE
