الوصف الوظيفي

1. Perform the day-to-day work in order to increase refinery profit, enhance plant reliability/integrity,
and promote safety & compliance to environmental standards.
2. Visit the assigned unit area(s), providing assistance to review performance and attend OME daily
meetings. Provide OME team with the necessary assistance to maintain high level of safety
performance and comply with health, safety and environmental standards.
3. Assist in conducting site visits and perpare an accurate work plan through estimating materials, man
hours, and other requirements that fit into the maintenance work plan.
4. Communicate at all levels of the Maintenance organization with the aim of securing the achievement
of common objectives and maintaining an optimal work environment.
5. Assist in preparing weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related
activities in conjunction with the Scheduler.
6. Plan for manpower and material resources for the implementation and completion of the planned
maintenance activities as per the schedule.
7. Assist in preparing and maintaining statistical maintenance and technical reports (including work
completion history reports and material status) related to the routine and preventive maintenance
activities at the Refinery.
8. Assist with required Maintenance organization to evaluate the plan progress and conduct technical
studies to identify and recommend improvement for developing planning and implementation
activities.
9. Assist in contributing to the evaluation of the capital projects and other modification projects. Assist
in the review and commenting on all modifications of the respective process units and facilities.
10. Ensure that safety and security measures are being considered in all developed plans and
schedules.
11. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
