· Monitor and perform annual performance review for the assigned showroom staff and conduct a performance evaluation report on a periodic basis or as and when required
· Identify the manpower, succession planning and training needs of the assigned showroom staff and coordinate with the HR Manager to recruit, develop, and retain an effective work force
· Ensure the sales team at the showroom are well-trained and motivated to perform their tasks
Operational Responsibilities
· Assist the General Sales Manager in setting the showroom sales and annual plans
· Execute the showroom & sales strategy with focus on achieving the assigned showroom sales targets and KPIs
· Identify customer needs and recommend products to the General Sales Manager
· Ensure proper maintenance and quality standards of showrooms
· Monitor the quality, quantity, and shelf life of products in the showrooms
· Ensure sales targets are met on time and within budget to maximize profitability
· Oversee the general appearance, layout and display of the store/showroom and products as per the company standards and in alignment with the brand identity
· Update knowledge on different sales channels, strategies, best practices, as well as agricultural products and services
· Keep a track of health and safety of all team members and other staff within the showrooms
· Supervise staff within the showroom to ensure maximum quality and efficiency at the assigned showroom
· Create a safe and healthy environment at the store/showroom and ensure the security of the store/showroom, products and equipment as well as customers
· Coordinate with the Marketing Department for special layouts/themes/display at the store/showroom
· Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor for any technical issues (e.g. lights and electricity) to promptly take the required action and resolve the issue
· Ensure that the sales staff is well-trained (i.e. customer service, product information and sales techniques) and the proper customer service instructions are in place and well communicated as per the company culture and policies
· Ensure customer satisfaction through selling the right product at the right time and price
· Respond to customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner
· Prepare detailed reports of buying trends, customer requirements and profits
· Monitor inventory levels at the showroom and coordinate with the Purchasing Departments to order new items
· Suggest business strategies to attract new customers, expand showroom traffic and maximize profitability
· Suggest ideas/changes to the arrangement of showroom displays and stocks and ensure adherence to the company standards
· Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure maximum customers retention/satisfaction and meeting their expectations
· Keep customers up-to-date with the arrival of new/requested products and promotions
· Manage the showroom logistics in coordination with the Logistics Team and Wafra Farm Manager (i.e. deliveries and dispatches)
· Maintain a good relationship with competitors to provide customers with their requested products at a reasonable price
· Prepare and review showroom reports (i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually or upon request from the top management)
· Ensure maintenance of highest standards of professional conduct, ethics and integrity in provision of the services
· Any other relevant work assigned by the General Sales Manager

المهارات
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences or equivalent in a similar field
· 10+ years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years of similar experience to the responsibilities of this job
· Proficient user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and relevant software applications
· In-depth knowledge of different agricultural products and market trends in Kuwait
· Experience managing showrooms, preferably within the same industry
· Strong understanding of company products, competitors and market positioning
· Ability to set and meet sales targets, and adapt to the changing parameters as well as customer needs
· Professional certifications (Preferred)
