Job Description
Responsibilities:
â¢Work as part of the Senior Leadership team to continue to grow our practice.
â¢Work with the other key staff to develop âwinâ strategies, including client contact, proposal preparation and preparation of and participation in client interviews.
â¢Management of multiple projects
â¢Performs as Project Leader on certain projects.
â¢Supervises Interior Designers or CAD technician.
â¢Handle project from Pre-design , Concept Design, Design Development, Tender Documentation to Post Design Stage
â¢Space planning, & Selection of FF&E
â¢Prepares 3d sketches & renderings whenever required.
â¢Production of CADD drawings whenever required
â¢Presents the project through its different phases to the client whenever required.
â¢Marketing design services and client maintenance
â¢Processing of contract documents & assist contract administration
â¢Develops, modifies and reviews production drawings and construction documents.
â¢Corrects and updates design documents.
â¢Develops solutions to technical problems and create interior detailing.
â¢Serves as an architectural resource for the Interior Design department.
â¢Is responsible for keeping all phases of a project on schedule.
â¢Performs complex interiors assignments with minimum supervision.
â¢Developing concepts and sourcing FF&E items and samples and creating sample boards.
â¢Contributing and coordinating the design and development of bespoke furniture.
â¢Researching a variety of materials, products and their application.
â¢Producing precise schedules on excel.
â¢Checking specification suitability requirements in specific environments.
â¢Ability to develop and coordinate, along with the Design Architect where applicable, projectâs interior design, materials & palette and FFE as a whole
â¢Support Business Development activities, including marketing proposals, interviews, conference attendance, etc.
â¢Ability to participate in development of the program and other pre-design
â¢Oversight and participation in production of design award submissions
â¢Foster collaboration between offices while promoting and providing design vision
â¢Inspire creativity, critical thought and design excellence both internally and externally
â¢Identify and direct project photography, written descriptions, and other media in support of building the firm's portfolio
â¢Perform FFE service tasks from design through Bid and handle coordination with specific client and project needs.
Qualifications
â¢ Must have a minimum of 10 years post graduate experience
â¢ Minimum of 5 years UAE experience, preferably with International Consultancy
â¢ Fully Conversant in BIM/REVIT delivery processes
â¢ Wide sphere of experience covering all aspects of the built environment
