We are looking to hire a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Sell and offer the POS/E-commerce services to prospective new merchants. Mandatory POS selling experience.
- Achieve growth and meet sales goals by successfully managing the sales team.
- Build and encourage strong, long-term customer relationships by working with clients and understand their needs.
- Research and identify new prospects and pitch to customers.
- Responsible for monitoring sales team activity and performance to track sales targets and facilitate ongoing training of sales staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Proficiency in English mandatory.
- Min 5yrs of experience in Banking or Financial institutions is mandatory.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Must have previous sales experience in Banking in Doha, Qatar
- Candidates with transferable visa or under family sponsorship are preferred.
Salary offer is between 11000 to 14000 QAR per month.
