Job Description
Making sure that the production schedule is followed
Keep and follow KPIs such as productivity and efficiency metrics
Revision of manufacturing designs
Generating part cut lists
Managing workers and machines to produce the parts
Maintenance management
Quality control on produced parts making sure all parts are to spec
Handing over of work to the next phase
Job Requirements
Must be proficient in the use of autocad and artcam in addition to other cad/cam software And Microsoft office
Must be male between the age of 30-35
Must have previous leadership experience (he will be managing a labor force of 5-10 people
Must be experienced in manufacturing and production (wood shop experience is best)
Background in lean manufacturing is a bonus (even if they do not fit other criteria)
