The Key responsibility includes handling efficiently all the procurement activities related to Electrical, ELV, CCTV, ACS, AV, HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting Sprinkler, and Electrical and associated spare parts, Consumables, etc..
Responsibilities of Procurement Engineers (MEP/Mechanical/ Electrical) includes:
a) To procure equipment, materials & systems complying to project Quality and Specification requirements.
b) To procure materials and subcontract in timely manner within approved budgeted cost.
c) Prior to ordering, to check all ex-stocks availability in central stores and sub stores.
d) To ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved work program.
e) All procurement process should comply to management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost, and quality.
f) Prepares documentation for internal process as per ISO Standards.
g) Excess materials from sites shall be returned back to central stores on monthly basis.
h) Develops and maintains the partnership certificates with suppliers and subcontractors.
i) Maintains company reputation & credibility by fair dealings and prompt payment.
k) Employment Contract duration shall be for minimum 2 years.
For Procurement Engineer (MEP /Mechanical/ Electrical) – Minimum 5 years’ experience in field of materials and services procurement for MEP services.
