الوصف الوظيفي
- Thoroughly Review all the documents provided by the Main Contractor and/or Consultants like Drawings, Specifications, Addendums, Special instructions, and BOQ (if any) before tendering (either Tender or Job in Hand) to determine the scope of works and proceed with the estimation.
- Calculate correct costs for project-specific goods and services by gathering information from team members, sub-contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, and production times.
- Utilized cost estimation systems to document project information, create estimates, and revise project costs to reflect current data.
- Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future products.
- Prepare an estimation based on the documents received
- If there are revisions, review again all the documents and prepare a new quotation if necessary.
- Prepare a Bill breakdown and progress billing for the Job in hand project as per the consultant’s approval.
- Estimate the Job-in Hand project and identify the possible variation if there’s a change in plan and/or specification.
- Prepare a budget based on the Tender quantity and approved amount that will use in procuring the approved materials.
- Prepare a variation report as requested by the Site Engineer.
- identify the differences or discrepancies in the Tender Plan and Construction
Plan, and prepare variation reports as needed.
- Do other necessary tasks needed by the Site Engineers and Manager.
