Job Description
Responsibilities
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Provide introductory online & classroom training for company products
Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
Job Requirements
IT Technical Support with Knowledge and Experience :
Excellent customer service skills
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Previous working experience in IT support for (3) years
Problem-solving skills
Up-to-date technical knowledge
An in-depth understanding of the software and equipment employees are using
* Good interpersonal and customer care skills
