Marketing Team Lead

Are you passionate about making an impact and driving growth for an innovative B2B SaaS product? Join our team as one of the first marketing team members and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how leading businesses analyze and optimize their online marketing campaigns.

Your Role:

As the Marketing Team Leader, you will spearhead various initiatives to generate awareness and drive inbound leads for our revolutionary Saas product. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Content Marketing: Develop and execute compelling content marketing strategies to maximize inbound leads.
  • Online Advertising: Efficiently utilize the online advertising budget to generate high-quality inbound leads.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Optimize our website to enhance conversion rates and SEO rankings.
  • Webinars and Events: Plan and manage engaging webinars and industry events to promote our product.
  • Team Management: Collaborate with copywriters, video producers, and other contractors to ensure project success.
  • Innovation: Propose creative tactics to boost awareness and drive substantial growth for Segment Stream.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with founders and the product team to articulate the product advantages, features, and benefits effectively.
  • Sales Alignment: Partner with the sales team to ensure seamless lead conversion into closed deals and revenue.
  • Public Relations and Channel Partnerships: Oversee PR efforts and nurture channel partner relationships.
  • Creative Management: Lead our in-house creative team, agencies, and content writers.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You should possess a proven track record of driving inbound demand for B2B products or services primarily through online marketing channels, including content marketing, paid ads, webinars, and SEO.
  • Paid Search & Social Campaigns: A strong understanding of efficiently generating traffic and leads through paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Hiring Experience: Ability to identify, vet, and hire skilled professionals to support your initiatives.
  • Passion for Performance Marketing: A genuine interest in performance marketing, marketing analytics, and online advertising.
  • Enthusiasm for B2B/SaaS Marketing: A strong enthusiasm for marketing B2B and SaaS companies.
  • Experience Level: Minimum of 4 years of experience in SaaS marketing.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
