الوصف الوظيفي
- Responsible to Prepare electrical design documents & drawings for projects starting from concept stage, schematic, detailed design, tendering, IFC as per client & local authorities requirements (ADDC, DEWA, Etisalat, MCC, DCD & ADCD).
- Attending client's meetings and giving presentations for the design documents ensuring that all concerns are addressed and approvals are obtained.
- Preparation of specifications, reports, space requirements, LDN, BOQ, work schedule and load study.
المهارات
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in designing electrical systems for buildings (offices & residential) & industrial projects.
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Highly skilled in engineering softwares (AutoCAD & Revit) to design electrical drawings.
- Have good experience with supervision of electrical works at site, reviewing material, inspections, testing & commissioning.
- Has good working knowledge in the following systems:
- Lighting system & lux calculations.
- Power systems including, small power, load schedules, SLD, voltage drop calculations, short circuit calculations.
- Earthing & lightning protection systems
- Familiar with Estidama requirements for the credits related to electrical design systems.
- Fire alarm, voice evacuation & emergency lighting system.
- Telecom systems & structured cabling systems, active components and schematics diagram.
- Security systems including CCTV & Access control systems.
