الوصف الوظيفي
Role Accountabilities:
- Provide commercial advice to the project teams to ensure in all respects that risk is minimized,
- Maximize the profit margins on projects and ensure that the best value is achieved.
- Assist in the preparation of project development feasibility studies and presentations prepared by the project team
- Advise the project team on post Contract amendments, variations & procurement to meet the time schedule, quality, and cost requirements of projects.
- Manage claims and disputes using outsourced and internal resources dependent on complexity, claim size, and resources available in compliance with contractual terms and timescales.
- Review Tender / Contract Documents, in conjunction with the legal team.
- Evaluate project risks, and support tendering team in Bid Preparation.
- Negotiate and agree on contract clauses prior to execution of Contracts.
- Report on portfolio costs, budgets, and risks on a monthly basis.
المهارات
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 10-15 years of experience, especially in MEP projects.
- Significant experience in Infrastructure, Retail, Residential, High Rise, and Hotel construction experience is essential.
- Extensive experience in QS/ Commercial Management.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC is a must.
- Proven success in managing all commercial aspects for large-scale projects
