الوصف الوظيفي
· Responsible for delivering all catering projects within the agreed budget and minimizing deviations from the Catering Division's efficiency standards.
· Accountable for the optimization of resources (financial, human, equipment’s, etc.) within his scope of responsibility.
· Monitors the operational performance (budget control, production efficiency, quality, inventory) and lead the operations management team on improvement opportunities (including staff allocation, menu engineering, procurement strategies, etc.)
· Assure customer's satisfaction and process and follow up on all customers complaints through sales.
· Oversees and provides support to management during projects execution.
· Ability to identify and track the business development process and cost control KPls.
· Ensure hygiene policy with all kitchen staff and compliance with health and safety regulations.
· In charge of interviews for kitchen staff applicants hiring and training them.
· Determines food & beverage menus including quantities and ingredients for buffets.

We are looking for a skillful individual coordinates and oversees our catering operations.
· Must have a hospitality degree or culinary degree or equivalence.
· Preferably worked as a catering operation manager in Saudi Arabia.
· HACCP quality procedures diploma
· ISO certificate for hygiene
· Strong financial understanding and demonstrable budgetary control and results orientated.
· Problem-solving skills; strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
· Ability to do multi-tasks, work under pressure and meet deadline requirements.
· Excellent leadership, outstanding communication skills and ability to manage multi diverse culture.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
· Should have knowledge of food & safety regulations according to Saudi Arabia’s laws.
· Preferably have environmental management courses.
· Writes & Speaks both English & Arabic fluently.
· Enforce Sustainable quality and food safety and a plus if have cooking knowledge.
· Flexible to work on weekends and holidays.
