Job description

Charterhouse is working with a long-standing, reputable Landscape & Urban engineering consultancy, who have been responsible for the design and execution of some of the UAE’s most notable Landscape projects.
As a result of their continued growth in the region, our client is in search of a Business Development Manager, who will continue their success of landscape architectural projects in the UAE and KSA. The role will also be key to the growth of the consultancies expanding foot-print in Riyadh, KSA.
About the role
This Managerial role will be responsible for developing the Landscape Sector in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, developing existing business as well as expanding to new geographies and clients. The Business Development Manager will ensure competitive market intelligence within the sector to identify project opportunities in the region.
Working in close cooperation with the Senior Management team, this role will implement strategic plans to successfully achieve opportunities within the consultancies market segment, developing new relationships with Real Estate Developers, Government Entities and the Private Sector.
Managing the overall direction of pipeline projects, the Business Development Manager will create effective marketing strategies including market segmentation, value proposition development, technology positioning, pricing strategy and branding strategy.
About you
To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years professional experience and must have a Landscape or Urban Design background within the UAE or GCC, possessing a demonstrable track-record of executing bid proposals, bid packages, marketing strategy and relationship management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent client-facing experience with Real Estate Developers and/or Government entities, in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will hold a Landscape Architectural degree from an internationally recognised University and have affiliation with a professional membership.
