JOB PURPOSE
- Maintain a PCP hub of data / information for constant support in delivering insights to EDPCP and other PCP heads.
- Analyze trends based on historical data and provide forecasts of performance on critical KPIs / Initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve digitization and automation within PCP with the use of disruptive technologies and drive the same to implementation
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development of compelling workforce metrics and actionable insights through data visualization
- Co Develop people metrics reporting and creation of materials for identifying key trends behind people data.
- Develop data-driven analysis to support decision strategic decision making for PCPand Business initiatives
- Support dataset development for near-term needs (e.g., create and maintain a dataset that can be leveraged across various use cases) and help build out a more robust long term PCP analysis
- Provide real-time analytics related to PCP to ED-PCP and other relevant stakeholders – Operational and strategic metrics, assess forecasting of manpower, Emiratization, growth, talent acquisition, culture, performance, and relay analysis
- Support systems assessment and implementation as needs arise (e.g., applicant tracking system, HRIS system, learning management system, etc.)
- Collaborate with members of PCP to identify, standardize and implement data & analytics solutions, including enhanced tools and process improvements
- Partner across PCP functions, IT, Data Platforms, Data Science and other businesses to enable PCP digital transformation initiatives-Create, deploy, and scale PCP digital transformation initiatives based on current and potential future needs
- Support automation and standardization of system, tasks to reduce unplanned downtime and maximize system availability for PCP
- Monitor the progress of KPIs, ensure completeness and accuracy of data and run periodic sanity checks
- Work in collaboration with subsidiaries, Group Digital Services, PCP verticals, and other organization departments to set the guidelines for reporting of key metrics
- Assist in preparing a digital footprint and identify product lines suitable to meet key PCP challenges

RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE
Min of: 6+ years of experience in HR field preferably in Data/People analytics or HR Digitization
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
The private sector, consulting, with real-estate background preferred.
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Proven track record in the implementation of Data Analytic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR & Talent Management applications and its ecosystem
- Experience in Oracle HCM Fusion and other PCP applications (TA, EPMS, LMS). Strong consulting skill sets with ability to scope data and metrics for reporting
- Tracking and monitoring the performance of operational metrics, assess forecasting of manpower, Emiratization
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or human resources.
- HR-related certificates (e.g., PHR, SPHR, etc.)
