Job Description
We are looking for a qualified accounts manager ( constructions field ) to join our accounting team , we are a constructions company , he must be aware of ERP system , have the ability of leading team and have 10 years experience in the constructions field 5 of them at least as an accounts manager .
Job Requirements

10 years experience in the constructions field 5 of them as an accounting manager .

aware of ERP accounting programs specially odoo .

aware of all accounting sections ( internal audit , expenses accounts , bank reconciliations , cost accounts , Suppliers accounts , tax accounts , stock accounts ) .

Preparation of financial statements & financial analysis reports & cost analysis .

Coordinate between the different sites of the company and determine the profitability of each site according to cost centers .

Follow up financial position of the company and follow up bank balances , payment terms for suppliers and the optimal management of cash flows .

Approve the daily expenses of the different sites and follow up the banking department in receiving and collecting the checks on time .

Review the documentary cycle and ensure the effectiveness of the internal control system and the commitment of all departments to work procedures and internal adopted regulations .

Make sure to save company documents and financial operations as well as backup copies of accounting databases for reference when needed .
