Our Client
Leading MSSP based in Saudi Arabia
Your Responsibilities

Configure, Administer & Manage IBM & Sailpoint IAM, IBM SSO, Beyond Trust PAM, VMware MDM, Safenet MFA solutions
Handling escalated issues from L1 & L2
Updating/Upgrading systems whenever required
Analysis of requests for potential risk before taking action
Performing all the changes in the system through change management process
Handling new handovers of the systems/services
You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters
Providing frequent knowledge transfer sessions to L1 & L2
Make recommendations for implementing desired level of access controls
Ensuring system's health is up to mark from both availability & security perspective through regular health check
Vulnerabilities mitigation
Identifying unused features in the system
Performance tuning of the systems
Performing regular clean-up in the system
Performing DR drills

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field of study
8+ years of experience in mentioned systems
Strong understanding of Access Control systems and technologies like IAM, SSO, PAM, MDM, MFA
Solid understanding of Identity Lifecycle, SSO, authentication models, and security concepts
Must have hands on exp in optimising IAM/PAM products
Excellent communication and vendor management skills
