Systems Interface Manager based in Neom
Job Description
We are looking for an outstanding candidate to be hired as a Systems Interface Manager based in Neom,
Neom is Saudi Arabia's flagship business and tourism development on the Red Sea coast and a central project in the 2030 Vision outlining the kingdom's plans to diversify the economy.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Interface Manager is responsible for supporting all work packages and for leading & implementing best practice in the execution of Interface Management across work packages.
The Interface Manager is responsible for planning, developing, monitoring and coordinating all external Interface deliverables, which are to be delivered as part of the overall design works package scope at each stage.
The Interface activities will be delivered from our Neom site office. The Interface Manager will be responsible for managing client, sector and external interface on time and to budget.
Knowledge of engineering and construction management is expected to have been acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience.
Good project management skills and expert knowledge of interface management.
Role Responsibilities Execute NEOM Backbone procedures, processes and tools as required and within AECOM standards. Undertake interface related activities across packages. Preparing milestones and all other reports. Coordinating with multiple disciplines to be able to review the interface integrity of all systems . Help manage resources and workload for the systems engineering team. Support the Engineering Manager as and when required
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years experiences
Minimum 5+ years in the Middle East
Knowledge of Interface Management, Requirements Management, System Safety.
Skilled in verbal and written communication.
Advanced knowledge of engineering, construction, and systems engineering work processes. Knowledge of systems engineering acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience.
Experience in Rail Projects essential.
