Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to play the following roles…
- implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
- Installing, configuring, and supporting network devices including routers, switches, and wireless
- Open and Support WAN connection cases with all providers.
- Supervised current projects.
- managing subcontractors during surveys, technical studying, and installation for unplanned requests.
- Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Arranging scheduled upgrades or planned outages.
- Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases
- Periodic Following and Reporting of the status of all opened projects.
- Investigating the repeated faults in the network.
Requirements:
- BS computer science or engineering graduate
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network equipment including routers, switches, access points,
- Very good knowledge and experience in WAN connectivity.
- VOIP hands-on experience
- N9K cisco switches hands-on experience
- Strong documentation skills
- An ability to follow internal processes
