الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable Windows Servers (Physical – Virtual Hosts).
- Design, install and configure Active Directory, DHCP, Site Replication, DNS, and Group Policy configuration.
- Managing Mail services on the G Suite and Office 365 cloud environment.
- Install and upgrade computer components and software using WSUS server, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
- Communicating and collaborating with a variety of people, such as clients, vendors, management and Application owners during the creation and maintenance of a system.
- Administrate Kaspersky Antivirus Servers through Security Center and manage all tasks (remotely installation, updating and syncing).
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues.
- Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
- Using Veeam to perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
- Familiar with SQL databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management
- Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance.

Minimum 5+ years of systems engineering/ administration experience in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
