Senior Construction Manager (Tunnel)

The firm serves a broad spectrum of end markets including infrastructure, water, transportation, and energy.
We are looking for an outstanding candidate to be hired as a Senior Construction Manager (Tunnel) in Neom (GIGA PROJECT),
Neom is Saudi Arabia's flagship business and tourism development on the Red Sea coast and a central project in the 2030 Vision outlining the kingdom's plans to diversify the economy.
Job Summary
Experienced in design and supervision of tunnels and underground structures /heavy civils works for rail schemes including slopes, foundations, retaining structures, shafts, tunnels etc.
In depth knowledge of the GCC working conditions, including client expectations, geotechnical conditions, standards and codes
Required Qualifications & Experiences:
A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related subject.
Experience in team management / leadership roles.
20 years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge on large scale construction projects (RAILWAY, TUNNEL PROJECTS)
Required Gulf experience mandatory.
English proficiency required, Arabic is a plus
The ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment,
