Our client is a very well-known investment group and looking to recruit Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join their team in Al Khobar – Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support development and implementation of clear HR policies and procedures to drive desirable behaviours aligned with business objectives.
- Lead preparation and maintenance of HR procedures which shall direct all the HR processes in the organization.
- Support to set clear direction, KPIs and motivate team to achieve objectives.
- Measure the performance of all the HR operations, services and initiatives.
- Review and improve HR workflows to ensure efficient and effective processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies across the organization.
- Prepare a system for documenting non-compliances reported in the organizations to the stipulated policies and procedures.
- Prepare a report of non-compliances and initiate action like issue of warning letters, suspension, etc. with due discussion with concerned stakeholders and management.
- Keep abreast of industry trends to drive initiatives and policy changes to foster employee experience, obtain accreditations for HR excellence – like Great Places to Work, etc.
- Commission external compensation and benefits benchmarking to understand industry practices and maintain parity with leading competitors.
- Ensure that the job evaluation process is fairly, and effectively conducted periodically and that the company’s remuneration levels are competitive to attract and retain quality staff while maintaining internal parity.
- Oversee the full range of compensation and benefits programs in accordance to the Group’s policies and standards – including but not limited to – salaries, bonuses and incentives, retirement benefits, health insurance and other employee protections.
- Develop and secure approval for new or adapted programs as necessary to ensure that the company can attract, hire, retain and motivate staff of the right calibre to deliver on its strategic objectives.
- Ensure that all salary Increments, and performance bonus payments are within the approved budgets.
المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
- 3-7 years of experience in Saudi Market and in Compensation & Benefits.
- Ability to use Organizational Development Tools & Interventions.
- Ability to Drive Employee Engagement.
- Ability to Maintain Employee Relations.
