• Searches for potential customers (Corporate & Individual) to identify their needs and required actions to meet their expectations.
• Contacts customers to respond to their inquiries and provide compony services to them.
• Schedules meetings with customers to present company services and achieve fruitful cooperation.
• Schedules training execution process with concerned parties to provide the highest value to customers.
• Achieving Sales targets and maximize company profitability while achieving customer satisfaction.
• Follows registration fees as per payment plan to be confirm training execution.
• Updates customer status on company application to keep it up to date.
• Keeps in touch with existing and future customers to achieve customer engagement.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by direct manager as per compony policies
