OVERVIEW

Our client is a leading electronics and appliances manufacturer. They are currently looking for a Sales Manager – Electronics & Appliances to join their team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for growing business and building long-term relationships with business and channel partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, execute and achieve annual Sales, expense and profitability budget by category and channel.
Translate and align annual sales and marketing budgets with business partners and channel partners with agreed ROI.
Develop category/customer-specific strategies, promotions and pricing calendars.
Ensure proper supply chain management, Forecasting, Inventory and distribution to ensure adequate and healthy stock levels across channel partners and business partners.
Timely submission of forecasts, weekly reports, monthly highlights and other related reports for a defined territory.
Regular and proactive updating of management on any new developments in the marketplace like, competitor behaviours, product issues, customer changes, wins or potential misses
Maintaining excellent trade relations and customer support through effective execution of product strategy in combination with a complete understanding of the customer’s unique needs and the marketplace conditions.
Ensure & keep abreast of necessary product compliance to each country.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5-10 Years of work experience in sales. Electronics & Appliances background will be an added advantage.
Based in Dubai with knowledge of the Levant region
Bachelor's degree.
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand data, extract insights and recommend required actions.
Strong verbal & written communication skills in English. Arabic is preferred.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Applied IT skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently, and be self-motivated while displaying biz ownership.
