Your Responsibilities
- Excellent Communication & presentation skills to deliver the Solutions to the CXO Executives
- Very good understanding and experience in conducting a successful POC in Security products.
- Should know the various phases of the Technology sales and catalyst in crossing the phases faster.
- Should have a good understanding of building the custom test cases to finish the successful POC meeting the cyber and business concerns of the customers.
- Should have a good understanding of the cyber security framework and how to integrate Cyber products within the framework.
- Should have the ability to help the customers in choosing the right technology and policies to achieve the highest level of cyber resiliency.
- Should have a good understanding of the Mitre framework and correlate the strength of products.
- Exposure and experience in building cyber defense solutions for Big Enterprises and having success stories for reference is mandatory
- Should have an ability to improve the Business pipeline, upsell & cross-sell opportunities.
- Cloud security experience and knowledge are mandatory. Certification is preferred.
- Should have the capacity to articulate and demonstrate the unique value proposition of Cyber products against the competition to win.
- Should have an experience in building and responding to complex Cyber security RFPs
- Should have the adequate technical skills to influence the customers in releasing RFPs
- Should have a good understanding of the Develops & lift and shift methodology and ability to find opportunities in this journey
- Experience in competitive products is an added advantage.
Your Qualifications
- Should demonstrate Solid multi-tasking and problem resolution abilities.
- Should Implement and troubleshoot all Cyber products
- Should have experience in implementing cyber security solutions in complex big enterprises integrating with other cyber defense & detection technologies.
- Good understanding of cloud technologies and experience in working with the customers who took the cloud migration journey.
- Demonstrate expertise in handling technical escalations and/or Consulting, with an ability to interface with a broad and diverse set of clients
- Good hands-on skills in managing and administering Cyber security products, preferably threat prevention tools & solutions
- Implementation experience of competitive products is a plus
- Ability to effectively and efficiently instruct and guide customers on Cyber solutions onsite, online, and via telephone is an essential skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to liaise with all levels of administration at the customer site starting from the System Administrator to the CIO.
- Act as a first-line Engineer onsite and deliver IR services in case of a threat incident at the customer site or remote and provide a comprehensive IR report.
- Should have the capacity & experience in liaison with the internal product support Team to effectively convey the customer issues and drive towards the solutions
- Scripting knowledge is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of Major Cloud Providers technology and infrastructure.
