Position Title: Restaurant Operation Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A well known Arabic restaurant and café in Dubai
Job Description:
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Open to Lebanese and Syrian nationals
- Male, 40 years and below
- Minimum 5 years’ UAE experience as a Restaurant Manager/Restaurant General Manager/Hospitality Manager or in any similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or any culinary course is a plus
- Must have extensive background in Franchise, Events management, Cost Control, Marketing and Quality Control
- Knowledgeable in restaurant management software like MICORS system
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
