Based out of Egypt this role will support Europe hiring activities.

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Europe) will be managing and operating all recruitment activities for OBS Europe, focused on sourcing building relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders, and creating an excellent experience for hiring managers as well as for candidates. Ensuring the flow of profiles happens regularly as per SLAs, creating strategies around sourcing mix and candidates pipelines. They would own the market mapping and Market intelligence information, to be an expert in business knowledge and refined sourcing skills.

Job Responsibility

• Understand the business well and the requirements /expectations of the role

• Creating effective and precise search strategies

• Manage the trackers and database to ensure real-time data is available for all positions he/she is handling

• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies that meet business needs and create a pipeline of high-calibre talent for the organization in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Oversee the utilization of standard processes to select candidates best aligned with the Organization's culture, values and job requirements, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Required skills:

  • Advanced in English
  • At least 2 years of experience with recruitment
  • Advanced in candidate search techniques, candidate attraction, social media hiring
  • International recruitment experience within Europe

Any other European language is an advantage
