- Negotiating with contractors to ensure that work is done efficiently and within budget
- Reviewing budgets to ensure they are feasible and that funds are available to cover expenses
- Providing recommendations to management regarding changes in property values or investment strategies based on market conditions
- Managing properties by overseeing maintenance, tenant relations, and other day-to-day operations
- Identifying opportunities for growth through research of local markets and communities
- Coordinating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to oversee construction projects
- Preparing reports for investors about the status of real estate assets, including occupancy rates, rental income, operating expenses, and capital requirements
- Reviewing financial documents such as leases, title deeds, and loan agreements to determine compliance with legal requirements
- Preparing financial reports to assess the performance of real estate assets
الوصف الوظيفي
المهارات
1. Kuwaiti Nationals preferred
2. 9 to 11 years of experience in Investment, especially Real Estate
3. Preferably CFA
4. Must have records of conducting deals
