What does a typical day look like for a Director – MENA ?
You will be responsible for growing Haptik’s business in Dubai. You will actively prospect clients, build relationships and close business and also be responsible for partner development in the region including system integrators and referral partners. You will work closely with various groups within the company to help drive business growth in the region.
This position reports into the VP, APAC, overall working closely with the leadership in the company. While you know how to work hard, you also know how to have fun at work and make friends with your colleagues
What responsibilities will you be trusted with for the :
- Owning the sales quota for the MENA demographics
- Generating leads from within your network and from business development activities
- Managing end to end deal cycle and building and maintaining the deal pipeline
- Leveraging partnerships in the region
- Working closely and guiding business development representatives
- Using Hubspot for deal tracking
- Effectively tapping into the Haptik's ecosystem to utilize all available resources
- Working closely and guiding business development representatives
- Work on converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQL)

What skills, expertise and experience are we looking for?
- 6+ years experience Core Sales
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Enterprise and Tech sales
- Good network and understanding in UAE demographics.
- 0 to 1 growth Mindset
- Can start with nothing and then build a team from scratch
- Strong communication skills
