The College of Education at Qatar University was established in 1973 it is the first higher education institution in Qatar, and the only institution responsible for teachers and educators preparation to this day. The language of instruction in the College of Education is Arabic language, except for the courses that require otherwise.
The College of Education obtained the academic recognition for its programs through the International Foundation for the Accreditation of Teacher Programs (IRTE), which approved the college's programs over the years 2010 – 2012. After that, the college obtained the academic accreditation from the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Programs (NCATE) in 2016 to 2023.
Duties & Responsibilities

2.An active research profile in the area of specialization.
3.Proven ability to work in a collaborative, collegial environment
4.Ability to use ICT for personal and professional purposes.
5.Experience teaching courses in Arabic Studies.
6.A record of achievement that warrants appointment at the rank of a Professor.

5.Copy of highest earned credential (transcript of highest degree if graduated from an institution where course work was completed. However, if no course work was completed, an copy of certificate letter from the registrar of your highest credential granting institution regarding your highest academic degree).
6.Any additional documentation that you feel is relevant to your application.
