Job Purpose-To create high-quality visual designs and motion graphics in the form of video and animation design outputs for the Design supporting projects that require delightful elements of movement that will be delivered to the Group Digital Team in a Cross Functional manner.
Role specification:

Design Thinking, Creative outputs, and experience of industry standard software such as Adobe suite
Holding a degree in Graphic design, interactive media design, Video production or similar
Knowledge of online content templates and libraries for use
3 years experience in a motion graphics / Web / Video design
Impressive and varied design portfolio
Innate knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Vegas or similar production software
Experience designing assets and markup for web – HTML 5 + CSS3
Experience of animating characters in After effects to output to Lottie for use on web or in app
Video production knowledge of practices,
Awareness of accessibility of color and typography
Designing stimulating keynotes or PowerPoints
Sketching and drawing skills
3D and Visualization skills using Cinema 4D or similar
Knowledge of Particle effect systems and physics generation in video
Knowledge of optimizing video for consumption – quality vs compression
Ability to bring personality to video and animation of elements
Knowledge of Production equipment such as Microphones, Video cameras and Picture cameras a plus
Knowledge of filming techniques a plus
Critical thinking, ability to take criticisms well as well as give constructive critiques. Have a great outgoing personality with a passion for work and a can do attitude.
