Overview of the role:
The marine service technician will perform maintenance and repairs on Yanmar inboard diesel engines
Honda outboard engines. The job holder must have high technical skills, experience and knowledge to
diagnose, repair and install engines.
What you will do:
• Perform Routine maintenance tasks: lubricating, cleaning, repairing, and adjusting parts.
• Test and repair Honda outboard engines and its rigging.
• Test and repair Yanmar marine diesel engines and transmissions (Yanmar, ZF, Twin Disc…).
• Disassemble and reassemble components and refer to service manuals for instructions and specifications.
• Use Honda and Yanmar diagnostic systems to precise the malfunction.
• Consult with supervisor regarding installation or repair issues, sequence of operations, and time required to complete repair or installation.
• Identify the required parts for repair on and ensure the job is properly done from the first time.
• Prepare and submit field service reports.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

What equips you for the role:
• 5 years minimum hands-on experience in inboard diesel engines (Yanmar, MTU, Weichai,Caterpillar, Doosan)
