Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy
  • Creating visual concepts for promotional activities
  • Managing the digital marketing calendar
  • Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company
  • Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content
  • Tracking digital marketing performance
  • Creating and updating digital marketing reports
  • Overseeing the digital marketing budget
  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, PPC, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, and podcasts)
  • Manage end-to-end digital projects
  • Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights and keyword research
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console)
  • Experience with using SEO analysis tools (e.g. Semrush, Ahrefs)
  • Working knowledge of Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords and Google Display Network campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital media Marketing, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
  • Experience with digital marketing automation software
  • Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of web publishing
  • Proficiency with SEO & SEM tools
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with Python, and SQL with strong analytical skills
  • Photoshop, Illustrator Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other media editing software
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
