Job Description
On a behalf of a high profile client, we are looking for a Contract Administrator/ Claims consultant with Quantity Surveying background to be hired in Jeddah .
Required Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree
- Native Arabic speaker
- Minimum 15 years of experience from date of obtaining graduation degree. The degree must be Bachelor of Engineering (no BSc).
- Preferable is he has Msc or LLM in construction law.
- Familiar with FIDIC contracts.
- Familiar with KSA law.
- Has Claims/Contract Admin experience.
- Based in Jeddah full time.
- Able to enter and live in Makkah.
- Worked for reputable companies.
- Has experience letters for all the years worked
- Experience in GCC
