Contract Administrator/ Claims consultant with Quantity Surveying background

Job Description

On a behalf of a high profile client, we are looking for a Contract Administrator/ Claims consultant with Quantity Surveying background to be hired in Jeddah .
Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Native Arabic speaker
  • Minimum 15 years of experience from date of obtaining graduation degree. The degree must be Bachelor of Engineering (no BSc).
  • Preferable is he has Msc or LLM in construction law.
  • Familiar with FIDIC contracts.
  • Familiar with KSA law.
  • Has Claims/Contract Admin experience.
  • Based in Jeddah full time.
  • Able to enter and live in Makkah.
  • Worked for reputable companies.
  • Has experience letters for all the years worked
  • Experience in GCC
