Responsibilities
- Proactively ensure sales of raw materials and chemical specialties and delivery of to existing and new customers in the region;
- Maintain current business achieving budget target, together with the various departments team;
- Support Sales Managers and Business Managers in Customer Service and administrative processes, in order to increase the profitability in the departments.
- Reports to Business Managers.
Tasks
– Support the sales team, active in a business to business environment, to commercialize raw materials and chemical specialties for the allocated department;
– Monitor on weekly basis the stock level, purchasing needs and, delivering commercial forecasts for suppliers and supply chain, together with the Sales & Product Managers;
– Act as direct point of contact for customers;
– Prepare sales prices for the Sales Managers and Business Managers where needed;
– Follow-up on customers and customers purchasing behavior, detecting opportunities, developing commercial relationship;
– Follow-up on customer satisfaction;
– Prepare monthly sales statistics;
– Manage customer requests for samples local and intercompany and follow-up;
– Alert and discuss price issues at customers with the sales managers;
– Follow-up on payments together with the Credit Controller and Sales Manager;
– Follow the corporate and local procedures regarding SHEQ and promote improvements in the organization;
– Follow the correct guidelines: certification, customer and legal requirements to e.g. product, environment, safety and health, code of conduct etc…;
– Assure correct registration and follow-up of all complaints throughout the full process. Clear and immediate communication towards SHEQ for all SHEQ related complaints;

Education & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business;
- Commercial, entrepreneurial and dynamic mindset;
- Technical affinity and interest;
- Fluent in English; Arabic and Hindi are plus;
- Legal and quality driven;
- Self-starter – Passionate about achieving goals/targets;
- Takes initiative and able to work in an independent way;
- Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent organizational skills, structured;
- Team player;
- Strong communication skills;
- Very good IT skills (CRM, AX Dynamics, Excel).
