At the moment we're looking for a Chef De Partie to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team. As a Chef De Partie, you will assist to organize the operation of the kitchen(s), including food preparation and quality, physical maintenance, and inventory functions, whilst supervising junior members of the Kitchen. Keeps up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques, revenue goals are met and food and supply costs are controlled.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Completion of a degree or certificate in Culinary Arts/or equivalent qualification
- Excellent planning and directing food preparation
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
