Assistant Manager-Stewarding

Job Description

Summary
As an Assistant Stewarding Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Stewarding Manager in enforcing the highest possible cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food processing facilities and the operating equipment.
Qualifications

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management
  • Minimum two years work experience in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices, occupational health and safety standards, and international work experience shall be advantageous.
  • Precise decision-making capabilities, administrative experience along with interpersonal skills supporting teamwork.
