Performs daily office tasks to support Management, FS team mobilization, coordination for Tooling Center, SRE and other internal /external departments, office & document management.
What are my responsibilities
- Office administrative tasks & documentation management
- Prepare and compile reports, presentations and support Management
- Support Field Service team resource planning and mobilization (visa, flight, accommodation, gate passes, etc.) within Kuwait and abroad.
- Maintain time sheets and other documentation
- Implement and manage processes in line with company policies and directives
Eligibility:
- Excellent organizational skills and professional working style
- Word, Excel & PowerPoint to intermediate level as a minimum, preferably advanced level
- Good interpersonal skills strong communicator
- High integrity, able to work with complete confidentiality
